Unfortunately it’s far too easy for imposter syndrome to set in when you receive a higher role, and we’re all new to a role at some point.
The trick is to avoid telling yourself you’re only there because you interviewed well, your a woman, minority or knew the right person.
You’ll perhaps reflect inwardly and this is a good thing – but can also lead to imposter syndrome and procrastination. Remind yourself anything you don’t know you can learn.
In this session, we’ll teach you how to take on your first month with confidence, hitting the ground running as a future tech leader.
The key is not to prove yourself by overdoing it, but instead focus on adding value.
